## Insering the Missing Character

In Questions from this topic, candidates are required to fill up missiong character or blank in a given Structure which follow a particular order by picking the best alternative given.

### Some of the important orders followed in these questions are as follow:

## Example:

**1. Insert the Missing Number?**

**Solution: (b)**

Carefully observe that *Sqaure of one number is written in the opposite side of the number*.

3->3^{2}=9, 4->4^{2}=16, 6->6^{2}->36

Similarly,

**8**->8^{2}->64

So the missing number is 8

**2. Insert the Missing Number?**

**Solution: (c)**

In this the product of upper two numbers is equal to the square of the lower number.

4*9=6^{2}=36, 9*16=12^{2}=144

similarly

16***25**=20^{2}=400

So the missing number is** 25**

**3. Insert the Missing Number?**

**Solution: (b)**

In the Right half of the circle the numbers are increased by 1. But in the second half the numbers are increased by 2 from down to up. So the missing number is 9+2=**11**

**4. Insert the Missing Number?**

**Solution: (a)**

Sum of the numbers in each row is 17 as

3+6+8=17, 5+8+4=17, 4+7+x=17. So the missing number is x=17-11=**6**

**5. Insert the Missing Number?**

**Solution: (a)**

By squaring number we get the numbers of opposite side.

So by squaring 1 we will get 1, which is the missing number.

**6. Insert the Missing Number?**

**Solution: (b)**

In Figure 1, 5X6X4=120 and 120/10=12

In Figure 2, 6X7X5=210 and 210/10=21

In Figure 3, 4X8X10=320 and 320/10=32

So the missing number is 32
